„Las instalaciones son excelentes, el servicio igual! Los animadores muy dispuestos y con programas muy interesantes y entretenidos. En especial gracias a Pepe que nos ayudo a inflar y desinflar el balón de Volleyball que llevamos. La comida rica y con variedad. Los meseros muy atentos siempre, especialmente Robert que es muy acomedido. Lamentablemente si uno camina en la playa en los alrededores, los cuales ya no son parte del hotel, uno se encuentra bastante basura, es lo único que podría decir ...

„Ocean Riviera Paradise ist eine tolle Anlage und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Anzahl an Restaurants und die Pools sind super. Der Personal ist fast immer freundlich, bis auf eine Ausnahme Es gibt für 3 Restaurants (Steakhouse, Teppanyaki und Italiener) eine Reservierungspflicht. Alles andere ohne. Jedoch bestand die Dame am Empfang vom Mexikanischen Restaurant auf eine Reservierung und liess uns dann 20 Minuten warten obwohl das Lokal 1/2 leer war. Nachdem wir 20 Minuten gewartet ...

„Meine Eltern sind mit meinem kleinen Sohn in das Hotel gereist, und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem dort. Sie haben wirklich einen ausgezeichneten Urlaub dort verbracht und sagen sie würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Ich bin froh das ich dieses Hotel ausgewählt habe und das meine Familie so einen schönen Urlaub hatte. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels. “

„Overall a nice place. Food and drinks were OK. Good pool area and a nice beach. The staff was very kind and attentive. Only hicup was the slow room service. Definitely recommended and we would come back anytime.“

„I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. „Coral level adults only is part of the Iberostar. Great clean rooms, quiet AC, good lighting, spacious, tub on the balcony in every room. Food was between ok and great. Beach got nice chairs. There are spots without boulders. Trash could be removed better. But it was a great part of the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great option.“
