"Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting. The furnishings are a bit dated."

"Our host Emma was very helpful to arrange a trip to Morraine Lake and Lake Louise for the next day. We had no idea about the restrictions, shuttles and closed parking lots. Our tour finally was amazing! The hotel itself is quite of age but management tries to modernize. Still a lot of work to do. The location is quite, nice and perfect to reach all destinations in Banff. Only local transport is sometimes running with too little capacity and you are left behind."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten sehr gut! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Das Auto steht gut und sicher in der Tiefgarage ( 10$ pro Nacht)"
