The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs.
The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though.“

"Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es war super schön, sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. Es hatte immer genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand und auch am Pool. Personal am Empfang und im Buffetrestaurant waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ab der Bar am Pool waren sie nicht so sehr freundlich, eher gestresst.
Das Essen am Buffet war sehr gut und es wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt und sauber gemacht.
Es gab nur einen Lift in die 15. Etage und da musste man manchmal recht lange warten, vorallem am Morgen und am Abend. Aber im Urlaub hat man es ja nicht eilig:-).
Und hat der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen."

"The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. You should always have some tip money ready or you’ll regret. Can only recommend this place!"

"Was man insgesamt sagen kann, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so die sprachlichen Voraussetzungen gegeben waren.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit wurde dem Hotelanspruch nach Außen nicht gerecht.
Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants war gut bis sehr gut.
Allerdings war das "Gourmetrestaurant" im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants sehr enttäuschend. Mein Dessert "flambiertes crèpe jousette" ist im cointrau ertrunken."

Plastik wird oft in Schwimmbad geschmissen und überall Fastfood als Mittagessen zu finden.. Abends ist gepflegtes Publikum .. Cocktails sind mit 25$ Minimum zu rechnen. Strand und Wasserpark für die Kinder sind schön! Die Anlage ist gepflegt, super Tennisplätze reichlich vorhanden. "
