„The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. „I booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff couldn’t wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. “

Zimmer nett eingerichtet jedoch mit Abnutzungserscheinungen (Griff vom Schrank fiel direkt beim ersten Öffnen ab, Getränke/Zigarettenspuren auf den Möbeln). Ich würde jedoch aufgrund des Services nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Mitarbeiter grüßen kaum, schauen meist sehr unfreundlich. Möchte man einen Service in Anspruch nehmen z.B. am Strand oder Restaurant wartet man meist vergeblich da diese lieber sich miteinander unterhalten oder aufs ...

„The furniture was worn out, the bed only squeaked when moved, the patio furniture was dirty, and some of the outdoor cushions were dirty and torn. No adapters for charging with European plugs. Room service was poor and inattentive. Tiles were missing in the pool. Also no parasol on the terrace to protect yourself from the sun. Kitchen appliances were very worn and partly broken. Some of the kitchen cabinets didn't close properly or were worn out.“

„Ein sehr schönes Hotelresort. Schon der Empfang lies uns den langen Flug vergessen, die Freundlichkeit und gute Laune steckt vom ersten Moment an. Wir wohnten in einer Junior Suite Ocean View, geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Zum Strand hatten wir nur wenige Meter, ebenso zum Pool und zur Poolbar „Sol“. Das Frühstück nahmen wir fast immer im Haupthaus ein, wo mehrere Buffets mit riesiger Auswahl vorhanden waren. Besonders haben es uns die frisch zu bereiteten Omelettes angetan, mit Zutaten ...
