On April 15th, 2024, we tried checking in at 2:48pm and the woman at the front desk (long braids, half up in a bun and half down and glasses) was very rude. She told us the room was not ready, even though we were told check-in time was at 3pm. We had specifically requested that one of the 3 rooms we booked, be a double. She said none were available, even though, I overheard someone who checked-in in after us receive a double room. She told us to go to lunch and come back and hopefully the room would be ready. We went to lunch and the buffet was covered with flies in one area, which was disgusting. We came back to the desk around 4:30 and were able to check -in, and then had to wait for our bags, which arrived to our room until 6:30pm. So we could not shower or brush our teeth until we received our bags. The hotel room was disgustingly hot. I went to my sisters room and mother’s and they were hot too. We thought maybe they didn’t turn on the AC because the card was not in the slot by the entrance of the room which is necessary to make the AC be on. We showered and once you got out of the bathroom and got dressed, it felt like you needed another shower. We went to dinner and walked around the property and were out of the room for about 4-5 hours. When we got back, all of the rooms were still hot. My sister, who has high blood pressure almost fainted. I tried calling the desk for help about 15 times for help and no one answered the phone. I went down to the lobby where there wer
