„We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the building right next to the upper pool on the cliff; this was very convenient. We liked that the grill there was open in the evenings too. Walking down was a trek, but we mostly called for pickups (and used them for drop offs too) and only ever had to wait a long time the day we checked out. My advice, be ready to leave at least an hour before check out and call for a pickup then, if you are pushed for time. The only complaint is the strong ...

„Comfortable clean room. Nice to sit on the beach a two minute walk from your room. Power on the island was spotty but room was never out for more than a few seconds. One night our neighbors were loud and we could hear them pretty clearly when things got lively but they were fine and got quiet before it was too late, I could see that being and issue if you had bad neighbors but that could happen anywhere so still 5 stars.“

„The beach was beautiful but rocky. The standard room was dirty, the sofa was filthy, when we pulled it out to use the sofa bed the floor underneath was black. Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. „Very nice. Clean room and all amerities was great. If you like, Beach, pools, Tennis and Golf this is the rigth place to stay in Puerto Rico. Plus near to "El Yunque".“
