„Service Katastrophe man bestellt beim essen was zu trinken es kommt 20 min später erst an“

„I was at all the facilities of the hotel; it was a good hotel, everything was good. The only thing was that the restaurants had a limited menu, a small number of dishes, and one night out of the three that I was there, all of its restaurants, except for the buffet, were closed.“

„All was perfect!“

Personal, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Verpflegung alles top.“

Finding a sun lounger was difficult unless you paid extra to upgrade, and even then, reserving a Bali bed required walking ...

„Transfer einfach und unkompliziert. Personal sehr lieb und freundlich.“

„Everything about the property was stellar.“
