You expect all-inclusives to have lower quality food, amenities, service, etc but that was not the case! 11 restaurants and some of the best meals I have ever had! „Das Hyatt Ziva hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und schön präsentiert/serviert. Auch das Meer/Strand war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Kinderbetreuung/Programm sind bei unseren Kids auch sehr gut angekommen. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und würden jederzeit für ein paar Nächte wieder gehen. Mexiko-Urlaub nur im Hyatt Ziva wäre jedoch nichts für uns. „The hotel is in good condition. The beach is cleaned of seaweed every morning and is then perfect. The meals at all inclusive are relatively good. After breakfast a waiter came to my room later and asked if that was $20, because I wrote 20 Pesos because of mad service (I had only 1 Cappucino, but it was forgotton 2 times).
