The Space:
The 200 sqm | 2,152 sq ft townhome is a colorful and lively place to vacation with your friends or family in La Paz. The million-dollar oceanview terrace is a show stopper! It features a private pool, outdoor dining, and lounging spots and provides a perfect spot to witness some of the most amazing tangerine La Paz sunsets! Oh, and there’s an indoor jacuzzi – just what you need to really relax!

Features of the 3-bedroom, 2 bath home:
- The main floor encompasses a grand open living space with a super comfy sitting area, Smart TV, and a panoramic ocean view!
- The open floor plan of the main living area allows everyone to mingle and has direct access to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that, when opened, extend the space from indoors to outdoors.
- There’s a wonderful dining room area with a dining table and cushioned seats for 6 for relaxed sit-down meals at home.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’d need and high-quality appliances for preparing meals at home. Even a dishwasher for easy cleanups!
- There is a secondary sitting/living room area with a large sofa and flat-screen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home and to be able to watch two things on the living room TV and not fight for the remote. ;)
- On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests comfortably as such:

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

The plants on the property are maintained every Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering

​​The house has 2 levels and guests must climb stairs.

Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and parking are provided free during your stay.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Wednesday & Saturday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes)
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a key in the lockbox. Codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

We had a great stay la paz has water shortage and people should know that during summer great property great location great host very accommodating. This is my second time we stayed here once with family once with friends and will not be the last time. I just wish we can park in the garage shade since is listed on Vrbo.

The property itself was beautiful! The following are items that could be improved: Stairs - I am somewhat challenged physically, so not only walking the stairs, but bringing my luggage in was tough. There were no hand towels, limited kitchen towels and no basic cleaning supplies. Needs broom/dustpan. Coffee maker broken& no coffee filters. Label light switches. H20 in kitchen never got hot enough to wash dishes. No extra paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen towels, garbage bags. Couldn't get ceiling fan in master to work. Master bath mini split leaked all down the wall and floor. There are many dogs in the neighborhood that bark incessantly all day and night.

Loved it!

We loved this house. It was spacious, beautiful, and very central. We would absolutely stay here again. There was enough privacy and space for each of us. We only had a few discrepancies which were that the elevator was out of service and we were not notified and that there were no drinking waters as the listed stated, but we bought our own which was no big deal. Just a heads up, all of our Ubers/DiDi rides were taken to the end of the street instead of at the actual property location which can get confusing at times. There is no early check in, which was a little difficult since we flew in early AM. We ended up just paying to hangout at a beach club our first day since they could hold our luggage for us while we enjoyed the beach. There is a beach club 5-7 minutes away called Orchid House. It worked out perfectly. The house is located centrally between the malecon and the beaches, which was very convenient. Please be aware that there are little scorpions that can get into the house. We had 2 of them come in during our stay.

Its an amazing property and I say that because i have stayed in quiet few places in la paz If you dont like stairs this place has an elevator But was not operational and we did not need it but I am sure will be accommodated if requested pool is bit small or large jacuzzi size perfect for kids. Overall for LA PAZ is pradise

The house is fine if you can find it. There was no house number to start! Access to the pool area is through both second floor bedrooms which is a hassle if travelling with couples. The pool is cold which made it unusable and there is only one lounger. The third floor roof top is extremely hot during the day and there is no umbrellas. 5 stars for the security and walking distance to Malecon but the layout, amenities and chilly pool dropped our rating. All things that can be easily improved upon. The property management company was also very responsive.

Good despite the weather.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property manager was good to work with in extending our stay a day when Hurricane Norma hit La Paz. The house is well situated with an easy drive to beaches and the Malecon.

Great La Paz home

We loved this home in La Paz. The views were great, the kitchen was well stocked with useful pots and pans and kitchen tools and it was close to lots of different things in La Paz. We really appreciated the mix of ceiling fans and AC to keep the place cool when just opening the doors wasn't enough. Just make note that the pool is the size of a jacuzzi or hot tub. You won't be doing laps, but it'll keep you cool.
