„The property and stuff are outstanding! We traveled with 3 little kids. I wish the menus for the children were a bit price friendly... Paying $150 for 3 sets of pancakes and 3 orange juices mixed with water seems a bit too much. Other than that ... it was amazing. The property is walkable and safe. Gourgeous interior and outdoors, separate areas for kids and adults. Beautiful beach, although when we went in May the water was a bit cold. The stuff is very very friendly and nice. “

„It’s a beautiful place however they always seem to try and charge additional fees. For example, they tried to charge me a $225 “resort fee” no explanation other than Expedia said they had to do it. They did not upgrade my room even though I’m a VIP member and they had rooms available. “

„This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. “

"We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay."
