En cuanto a las plantas marinas, entendemos que puede ser un poco desagradable y arruina la estética del lugar, sin embargo la isla pertenece a la zona protegida YUM BALAM, por lo que está prohibido removerlo, el hotel se apega a la NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010 sobre conservación de la vegetación de duna costera como parte de las obligaciones establecidas para que de esta forma se logre proteger y conservar la arena del frente de playa.Agradecemos profundamente sus comentarios y sobre todo, su calificación.Saludos Cordiales

Greetings Mr. TimothyWe apologies for the waiting time of the room, as we mentioned rooms are ready until 3 pm, the delay was becuase we were at full capacity. But agian our apologies for the extra waiting time. We understand about the ecotax, but it is a state tax that is not mentioned in any booking website. And regarding the pool it was because of a general water problem of the island, which kept us from mantaining it in optimal conditions.
