„The Resort is rather new and big located approximately 20 minutes drive outside the city of Cancun. Everything is made for US tourists, prices in US Doller, staff speaking English to you, food and design of the restaurants typically “Mexican Food Alike“. Prices are US prices too, 50 USD for breakfast buffet per person. A strange experience in Mexico but might be what most US tourists are asking for? We have continued our journey to Oaxaca and are now enjoying authentic food and people. “

„Restaurants gutes Essen! Buffet zu wenig Kapazitäten für größe des Hotels, Zustand des Zimmers schrecklich - Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmel Geruch, alles Schranktüren verzogen durch Feuchtigkeit. Kein einziger Schrank hat richtig geschlossen. Schubladen schief, Decke unter den Klimaanlagen gewölbt (feucht), Wasser kam aus ALLEN Wassehähnen erst braun, dann gelb, dann klar,… roch nach Rost !!! Und das in einer Präsidenten-Suite! Außenanlagen gut, Show gut,…“

„We had a great stay in Family Selection area. Our butler Victor was the best part. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and the resort was pristine. The only thing I would change is more waiter service at the main pool and more bartenders at the swim up bar to speed up service. We will be back!“
