„Wir waren hier vier Nächte nachdem wir ein bereits bezahltes Hotel für den Zeitraum verlassen haben da es uns gar nicht gefallen hat. Entsprechend hoch waren die Erwartungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war Standard für den Preis und México, uns hat es geschmeckt. „This was the best luxury, adults-only resort that I have been to in Mexico. The food was exquisite and did not taste like resort food. It was intimate and the staff was wonderful. If you can get their private boat from the Renaissance directly to the resort (and back), then stay here!“

„Hotel Mousai has amazing service (truly over the top) and the property and views are beautiful. Restaurant NOI is excellent - breakfast & dinner. Some of the others are a bit crowded and not as special, though very satisfactory. Pool areas are exquisite. Spa is fantastic. Only downside of this incredible resort is lots (!) of seaweed on the natural beach, which makes swimming/snorkeling in front of the hotel a “no go”.
