All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.“

„The Resort is rather new and big located approximately 20 minutes drive outside the city of Cancun.
Everything is made for US tourists, prices in US Doller, staff speaking English to you, food and design of the restaurants typically “Mexican Food Alike“. Prices are US prices too, 50 USD for breakfast buffet per person.
A strange experience in Mexico but might be what most US tourists are asking for?
We have continued our journey to Oaxaca and are now enjoying authentic food and people.
