„Apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy access to everything London had to offer. Apt was on 3rd floor which corresponds to 4th floor in US, no elevator, good exercise going up and down stairs but tough with luggage!“

We were supposed to be in the upper flat, but had been assigned the ground floor flat, whose windows were located over the garbage. The only windows. No air con. No fan inside. It was dark ...

„The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. “

They advertise a photo of this adorable pull down bed but in reality that is broken and there are sharp nails sticking out of it!! (See photos). There is instead a blow up mattress as the only sleeping arrangement with a 3-4 inch memory foam topper. Overall the bed IS comfortable, but something needs to be done about those screws sticking out and also not cool to falsely advertise the sleeping arrangements. Definitely ...
