„Schönes Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, ganz ruhig, inmitten der Natur. Sehr nette Besitzerin.

„Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms ...

„Nice and clean, comfortable furnishings. Good quality fixtures and fittings. We had a very good short break, thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you very much.“

„Lovely location up a very narrow one track road! Room was lovely. The inside of the courtyard is done up in a lovely way and having a seating area inside and outside of the room (we were in the dairy) was lovely. Lovely little shop, nice cafe. Only downside was our shower was broken and was scorching. The owner was super quick to respond but as we were only staying one night, they couldn't fix it before we left. There was a shower block nearby for the camping area though to use.“

„We absolutely loved our stay at Cow Byre 1 — it surpassed our expectations. The accommodation felt homely with lots of thoughtful touches, and you can really see the care that’s gone into both the property and the grounds. Our son especially loved the games room and used it every day. It was quiet, in a great location, and we still felt a real sense of space and privacy even though it seemed fully booked. We felt it was very good value for money. The hosts were fantastic — nothing was too much ...

„A wonderful place to celebrate our birthdays & see in the New Year together. The property was spacious enough for our family of 9, clean, comfortable & beauifully furnished & decorated. The hot tub was an added bonus which we used every day & at night! Stunning location, with amazing views and just a short drive to Battle and Hastings/Bexhill. Great Communication with the host. Would highly recommend. “

„Lovely house, plenty of room for all 7 of us (three couples and one single) everything very clean, friendly and approachable host. The laundry room was very useful, the kitchen a good size with great pots and pans. All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Thanks to Jenny and Andrew“

„What an amazing house this is, with it's original and quirky features it is a place that could be truly amazingThe owner was very nice, friendly and attentiveHowever, the cleanliness e.g. dusting and hoovering need to be much betterThere was also issues with damp and mould in some areas which would be easily fixed with additional ventilationThe main issue for me though was the security, unfortunately the back door in to the utility room did not shut and or lock at all, having kids with us this ...

„Phenomenal views, prime location ! The hostel is basic but has everything you need and the host Ned was brilliant with communication. We went as a family and will definitely be back !“

Check in et check out très facile.

„A perfect getaway to shut off from the world and relax. The yurt was in a picturesque location in the orchards and the amenities were amazing. Everything you could possibly need for an indoor/outdoor living space. The hosts catered to every need, fully stocked with all you could ask for and the only thing you need to bring are personal belongings and food.“

„Lovely location for a relaxing couple of days “

„Really good experience, property is really well equipped and services provided were super great. Thank you very much Donna for your hospitality“
