The property is located approximately 120 km (75 miles) from Cancún International Airport (CUN) or 43 km (27 miles) from the new Tulum Airport. Always check your mobile map app for exact travel times, as they vary depending on the time of day. We recommend pre-booking your airport transfer. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bicycles and scooters to get around, and taxis are always available. There is a designated parking space if you arrive by car.

Nearby Construction
Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise. The property may experience occasional electricity and WiFi outages.

Cleaning & Linens
For stays of 28 nights or longer, we include a complimentary cleaning and linen change every 15 days. If you prefer a more frequent change, we can gladly arrange this for an additional $30 USD per service charge.

Access Replacement
Loss or non-return of keys: $500 MXN fee.

Beautiful place to stay

The condominium was great. It is just like in the pictures. Make sure that you have a SUV. The area is being develop and the streets getting to the property are in very bad shape. The property is located in a great point between the town and the beach. Parking in the property is convenient, the parking gates of the property close at 7p and open at 8a, but you can always find someone to open the gates for you at the front desk. Marco, the host was always ready to answer any questions by WhatsApp. You can have food deliver to the property using Tomato.mx app. Make plans to visit the Tulum Ruins and the beach afterwards, it is worth it.
