The staff is great however for the price I paid I expected the hotel to not look like it was in the middle of construction. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Our shower handles were loose and toilet seat was very low to the ground. We won’t be staying here again sadly

Consequently, at check-in, an additional fee was applied for the extra guests. Rest assured that your comments have been forwarded to the relevant departments for further review and improvement.Please know that the reception did not cancel your reservation but rather adjusted the arrival date to accommodate you at the day and hour of your arrival.Expedia indicated that your arrival was scheduled for April 15th. However, we understand that you arrived on April 14th at 11:00 PM. Due to our check-in policy, which begins at 3:00 PM, your reservation was not reflected in the arrivals for that day. Therefore, your room should have been made available on April 15th starting at 3:00 PM. Pool table and foosball both were broken. Plus you had to supply a 60$ deposits in order to use tables to play. Pool always had bees abs flies on the surface witch I ocasually cleaned and stayed cleaning. The cleaning people for the room were great, everyone els took along time to get things done. Over all my experience was okay. I enjoy compared to the many other hotels

It felt safe and the workers like the bell boy and parking lot booth guys were very friendly and wanted to go the extra mile but the management are total control freaks who never attempted to help. For example when we wanted to use the ping pong table they guy told me they had already lent out paddles and a ball to someone else but those people were in the pool and those items were partially under their towels on a table. When I mentioned this to the hotel guy he made some phone calls to the management who didn’t want to lend out additional paddles or ball to us. Also when we wanted to purchase the buffet breakfast the morning of the breakfast they wouldn’t let us because we hadn’t purchased it at the time of check in. The hotel placed us on the last floor 6th floor and we had to bring all our luggage (3 suitcases) plus additional luggage all the way down those 6 floors. We wanted to get our two complementary drinks at the time of check out but because we didn’t have the paper vouchers in hand they wouldn’t grant us those drinks. They never attempted to make sure we were happy. Their hotel policies to them are more important than having common sense and making their paying customers happy. We will not come back to this hotel the next time.

We would like you to know that the equipment for the gaming tables is subject to availability, and it is required to leave a deposit, which is returned when the equipment is handed back.As well, our preferential rate for breakfast is only valid paying it at check-in time, yet, our breakfast will still be available at normal rate by paying it directly at restaurant.We are sorry that during your last day our elevator experienced technical difficulties, and you had inconveniences at check-out, however, we had bell boy staff asking and being attentive to our guests in order to provide them with assistance, considering the situation.
