Stunning Property
since this is our third time back to this location, needless to say we enjoy our stay. Condo is beautifully decorated and location is perfect. Waking up each morning with view from bed looking over water and watching sunrise. Check in so easy and property manager is great to work with. Nothing bad to say about this property. A must stay vacation experience

Perfect beautiful condo located in middle of island.
Well equipped condo with lovely decor. Enjoyed watching the unique beautiful sunrises every morning and then the sunset from the roof top terrace. So many beaches to explore, great restaurants to walk to or rent a golf cart.

My teenagers and i had a great time. The condo was an excellent spot for a vacation. Its far enough away from the tourist area to enjoy an authentic experience but close enough for easy travel. Memo, the assistant, was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely rent a golf cart. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is an absolutely fully equipped condo in a convenient location, with gorgeous ocean views. The home is lovely in its decor and very comfortable. We rented a golf cart for the week which is necessary to get around. Memo, the property manager was great, and his restaurant, Xaman was excellent.

Well managed property and great location
Sunsets and sunrises viewable from the living room. Right on the main throughfare but the seabirds and location make up for it. Very comfortable and full kitchen and laundry makes it so you don't ever want to leave.

By far the best place we have stayed at in isla mujeres! The condo was amazing had everything you could possibly need plus more! Guillermo was there to greet us even tho we arrived late way past check in! awesome condo with spectacular views
I even hate to post a comment as I'd love to keep this a hidden gem. The condo is spacious and beautiful. The view from master bedroom was awesome with great view of sunrise reach morning (who has to go to Punta Sur with these great views). Great view of sunset in kitchen back window. Kitchen was equipped with all the items needed for making, mixing, cooking and blending. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure any time of day. Was easy to get into town either by taxi or golf cart and took only about 10 minutes. We rented the gold cart for 8 of our 10 day stay and Memo made the process so easy by having the cart for us at the condo. Memo was great to work with and answered all of our questions and even made sure we knew where we were going by giving us specific directions to each place. Pools were great and if you are a swimmer the roof top pool is great to swim laps. Chuck and Sue were always great to answer any questions and quick with response. We had a great stay and look forward to returning to Casa Suzanna next year.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was well appointed with everything that you needed, clean and convenient. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay long enough to take full advantage of all the amenities, but that’s always now Isla goes. Just book an extra day! This condo was in a great location outside of the busy area of north beach- but only 10 min golf cart ride away, Beautiful sunset and sunrise views. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing visit to Isla!
Beautiful condo! Exactly as listed. Property manager (Memo) was helpful and accommodating. Well stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to make amazing meals and anything else you’d want. Condo is spacious and lovely. Would highly recommend. Only downside is the complex is located on the “windy” side of the island so the pools are definitely blustery. With an 8 year old, we realized how important a good pool area is and this place (with its THREE pools) still came up short in that arena.

Beautiful views, convenient location, a great place to stay on Isla!
We had a terrific stay in Casa Susana, we have been visiting Isla for 15 years and have stayed all over the island, this was the perfect location for this trip. Open sea views, several pool choices, and a staff that was there when needed, but nearly invisible if you didnt. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and well appointed with everything you could need for a stay. The kitchen, with its full size stove, large fridge, and Granite countertops, is spacious and easy to keep uncluttered. The laundry was a huge perk as well. The living area is spacious, and has a sea facing balcony. The Master suite has its own restroom facilities, Jetted tub, huge comfy bed, and seperate Carribean balcony. The guest room had a Queen bed, lots of closet space, and private balcony facing back across the island. I would not hesitate to book this again, or recommend to friends.

Family friendly, get a golf cart
Traveled in March 2020 with 7, 15 and 19 yr olds. Pools are nice for all ages. Good snorkeling gear, boogie boards (3), noodles (2), beach chairs (4), beach mats (3), beach towels (6-8), sunscreen, first aid kits, bug spray - all on premises. We were going to rent bikes, but island is too big - get a golf cart. Everyone on the island is kind and friendly. We felt very safe all of the time and in every location. So much to explore in the neighborhoods. We also did Garrafon (fun!) and a fishing trip (seasick). Great restaurants, but also easy to shop and cook in the unit. Plan for a bit of a hassle getting from airport to island the first time you do it: requires taxi to ferry, ferry to island, taxi to unit. You must bicker and barter for good prices. After the first trip, it will go faster each time. Don't buy ferry tickets from bellhops - go to the desk inside. Much cheaper. Plan about an hour from aiport to unit, not counting time waiting for the ferry.

This was our third trip to Isla Mujeres, the condos location was excellent, pools were great, property management was super too. I would rent this condo again! The only downside was that the d3cor was tired, linens were clean but stained, not much colour or style, it was clean though!

Thank you for your feedback. We highly value our quality white linens and comfortable beds. Our linens are spot checked for any wear tear or stains every time they are laundered. Guest satisfaction is our ultimate goal. When you arrived, our home was exactly as pictured on VRBO.

All the little details
So, my husband and I forgot to leave a review for our trip in Oct 2019 but we had such an amazing stay, we wanted to share our experience (albeit 4 months later). The condo is very spacious and impeccably decorated. We had everything we needed in our home away from home, even a magnifying mirror which I rarely see in hotels, much less rental homes. The property was very quiet (we may have seen 1 other tenants and nicely maintained. We always found a parking spot for our golf cart. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the sofa and the views are stunning. The property manager was so responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this property

Two couples shared a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom , condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom was lovely and had a beautiful view off the balcony. The rooms had comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t do a lot of cooking as there are so many delicious restaurants to choose from. We appreciated all the filtered water provided and the mid week cleaning. The condo is centrally located and we found walking and taking taxis quite easy. Checking in was smooth. Balconies with views of the sunrise AND the sunsets. Boardwalk across the street. Centered perfectly between the downtown tourist area and the quieter beach club area. perfect. The condo had a ll the amenities we needed and many luxuries we enjoyed ( hot tub, three pools, etc). This property was great. The Ocean views cannot be beaten since it is almost 360 degrees! The condo was perfect for us as a family of 4. The pools were perfect and the middle-island location was perfect since you can get to the North or South end of the island in a golf cart in under 15 mins. Words just do not describe Isla Mujeres in general. If you go up to the rooftop the views are even more expansive.

Paradise and culture!!
Isla 33 is a magnificent property. Very spacious and clean with million dollar views. I watched the sun rise over the carribean every morning and set to the west over Mexico! The condo has everything you will need to get your trip going, from coffee, sunscreen and beach equipment/ towels. The locals are extremely friendly and we can't say enough about the owners and the local host, Memo. Memo took care of our EVERY need from the golf cart to booking excursions. We also had maid service during our stay that reset e erything in the middle of our week. The local population is so friendly, and we felt extremely safe during our stay. The Topaz restaurant and bar, part of the property, is a wonderful place to begin and end your day, such a convenience. The 3 pools are well maintained and all have spectacular views, especially the rooftop deck! We booked our transportation from the airport in advance and it ran like clockwork! The owner ensured we had all planning information prior to oir arrival to ensure a smooth journey to the Isla. The ferry ride over was a great experience with music and Tecate on the upper deck. If you are looking for a place to stay, off the beaton path, this is it!! You are not in the center of the tourist area but any location is near. Everything on the Isla is a short golf cart ride away and taxi fares are $5 no matter where they take you on the isla. We will be returning in the future, this place is perfect!!

We had a fabulous vacation in Isla Mujeres! The rental was just right for 4 adults, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked, convenient washer and dryer, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs and coolers! Chuck was quick to respond. Memo was very nice but not quick to respond. We were a little disappointment that the mid week cleaning didn’t happen until the end of the week on Friday and we were leaving Sunday morning. Also, to do it over again, we would get our own golf cart to save some money. There are golf cart rentals just as you get off the ferry. All in all we were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!
