Bahia Sian Ka'an ideal für Golfer
Positiv: Das Sian Ka'an ist Teil eines riesiges traumhaften Resorts bestehend aus den Hotels Bahia Tulum, Bahia Coba, Bahia Akumal und Bahia Sian Ka'an, letzteres etwas außerhalb direkt an einer PGA Golfanlage und somit ideal für Golfer. Das Ganze Resort ist sehr gepflegt und von herrlicher Vegetation umgeben. Man kann im Resorts die Leistungen aller Hotels nutzen. Transportmittel (elektrisch) verbinden regelmäßig die einzellnen Hotels.Das Personal im Sian Ka'an war überaus freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die ersten 6 Tage unseres Urlaubes im Sian Ka'an verbracht und es hat uns, mit einigen Ausnahmen, gut gefallen. Das Essen am Buffets war immer sehr lecker (wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich) und wir können die teilweisen negativen Bewertungen diesbezüglich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Shows waren sehr unterhaltsam. Der Pool im Bahia Tulum ist riesig! Negativ: Die Zimmer im Sian Ka'an (zumindest unseres) sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer mit Garten war sehr dunkel und der Whirlpool hat nicht richtig funktionierrn wollen. Obwohl wir zu dritt das Zimmer nutzten, haben wir nur Bademäntel und Wasser für 2 Personen erhalten. Es gibt keinen GYM, sodass wir immer den im Bahia Coba nutzen mussten. Die Drinks im Sian Ka'an waren nicht nach unserem Geschmack, da einfach zuviel Zucker und wenig Alkohol. Während unserem 6 Tage Aufenthalt im Sian Ka'an war es uns nicht möglich eines der Spezialitäten Restaurants zu besuchen, da immer ausgebucht.

Hervorragender Urlaubsabschluss
Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hervorragender und freundlicher Service, sehr gute Restautrants und genügend Platz am Strand. Die Anlagen sind weitläufig verteilt, aber mit den regelmäßig verkehrenden Shuttles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Der Komplex Sia'an Kaan liegt im Dschungel. Abends gab es dort viele Mücken.

Room could use some renovation as well as the jacuzzi and the yard could get some cleaning from falling branches . Properly itself is gorgeous but far from their other properties. The good thing is the other properties is accessible .

What year were pictures taken for advertisement? Not recently!!! Will not go back, do not recommend. Worst trip I've ever taken with my husband. Paid $15 for a very small bottle of pepto bismal, to be expected I guess. Walking miles every day to eat or swim or catch a ride in the golf cart to another property to walk miles to look at the beach, swim at the various pools, and that's it, unless you golf. Restaurants need reservations, and those should be made pre arrival, but they don't tell you that. The power went out, no explanations, nothing, just in a blackout for a bit...Our room got up to 77 degrees at night, and we had every available blind closed, everything to help keep it cool. Maintenance only shot their device to check temp, nothing more...Unsatisfactory meal options and the buffet food was never hot. We never ate a hot meal the whole time. They offer plenty of cheap liquor all day and night and if that's all you're going for, this place is for you. Otherwise, I recommend choosing another resort!!!

I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time.

The property and hotel staff were truly excellent - it was easily the best resort we've ever stayed at. Special thank you to Estefany in the customer service department for their assistance when Expedia lied to us and refused to assistance with a booking problem. We did have one negative experience with the airport-hotel transfer; the hotel recommended a taxi service that frauded our credit card. I don't necessarily blame them for that company's actions, but I do think it should be noted as guest safety should be #1.

It is far from the beach, it has limited beach axis. It is rocky, and not enjoyable we personally did not like that. It is full of dried leaves on the ground and buried jungly and it’s very small, and the night shows are very limited with an extra charge. The dining was also very limited, à la carte you had to make a reservation prior to dine, which was almost impossible, because some of them required two weeks in advance.

Samantha and Aurora were amazing and always very helpful. The top shelf liquor was only in certain places and if they did not have it, they would not bother to get it. The rooms were average at best. I didn’t view this resort as luxury but average at best. Again, kudos to Samantha and Aurora for trying to make our experience satisfying.

Staying at Sian Ka’an was great! It was cool to access Cobá, Akumal and Tulum as well to go to the beachside. We mostly stayed at those but only slept at Sian Ka’an.

We had a great stay and are actually sad we had to leave so soon! Everyone from Nicole that checked us in to Pedro that took us to our room were absolutely amazing. Javier in the concierge helped us throughout the whole stay! There is nothing I would change; only a clarification form contents that says the Sian Khan property is not at the actual beach. I was looking for that experience but everything was great anyway.

Everything was amazing, only thing was the transportation to the airport. They came at 10:50 AM and our flight wasn’t until 4:30 in the EVENING, we sat at the airport for hours. That was frustrating but other than that the place is overall amazing and I’d book again.
