„Me encanto todo, es un gran lugar familiar solo la espera para hacer el check in fue sumamente larga la espera de 4 hrs habia mucha gente y lento, Recomendaria que se mejorara el proceso de ingreso, se haga en linea algunos o bien tener a varias personas atendiendo. Llegue a las 2 a formarme y entre a las 6 pm y dos veces me dieron habitacion y habia gente dentro del cuarto. Pero todo lo demas, restaurantes, limpieza, atencion excelente. Volvere en diciembre con toda mi familia de nuevo.“

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
