„The entire resort was great. Beautiful, great staff, immaculate, and the food was also quite good. We had a great time and plan on going back again. The only constructive criticism I could offer would be that while the resort freely serves top shelf liquor, for some reason the wine that is included is not very good, and the upcharges for better quality wine seems excessive. „Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on“
