„Wir waren 5 Tage im Riu Palace Baja California. Wenn man vom Massentourismus im Hotelbunker absieht ( was uns bei der Buchung bewusst war) ist es ein wirklich schöner Ort. „I went here alone for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for better people on staff. They were super kind and most of them spoke English so communication was no issue! As a woman traveling alone I often have to be on guard but I felt very relaxed and safe here. They even sang me happy birthday and gave me a big piece of tres leches! The man who hosted karaoke did a great job with entertainment as well. Honestly such a wonderful experience when I come to Cabos again I will stay here again“

„This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. “

„The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness.
