„The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„Drinks and food are way too expensive. Left resort every day to go to other beaches/resorts and drinks/food were half the price or less. Ate dinner off resort every night over 12 nights.
Front desk staff are robotic with zero authority to make things easy (made me fill out paperwork for a 50 peso overcharge from the restaurant that wasn’t our fault! I had photo proof.
