„We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay.“

„The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. The staff all looked over worked, the servers, the chef. They only opened 2 restaurants per night and even close the buffet some nights. Our butler made our stay as comfortable as he could, ...
