„We had a group that had stayed at a resort on El Medano beach 15 years ago and this was our reunion. We wanted to be together this time now that the kids were older. After extensive research, we all decided this was the place. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Carlos, the property manager, was there to help coordinate whatever we needed. It was extremely rekaxing, the house was cleaned everyday, which allowed us all to just enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again!“

„Such a beautiful home and Almei is by far the best host we’ve ever had! She was extremely helpful and incredibly nice! The home is an easy and inexpensive Uber ride to grocery shopping and a fairly easy although long walk to town. It’s all downhill there but you will want to Uber back lol. The sunrises are spectacular as is the view from the upper deck. When you need shade the lower patio is great. All in all the best plac we’ve ever stayed at in San Jose and looking forward to another stay next ...

„House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. “

The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! „This PH is incredible. Ocean views and plenty of space to relax including an extraordinary deck with a warm pool and plenty of lounge space. The living areas are large and comfortable. The Viceroy staff at the pools and swim areas and restaurants are consistently friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.
