„I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.“

„This was a 10/10 hotel in every way! - Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu - It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late. - The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. - There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave. I can’t wait to get this hotel again next time we travel to Tokyo! “

„初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！“

„The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. "Wir hatten ein High-Floor DZ mit Zugang zur Lounge im 65. Stock und Blick aufs Meer. Der "Balkon" ist so breit wie das Zimmer, dabei aber weniger als 1 Meter tief, also ein Austritt, aber immerhin. In den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels ist es sehr kühl, da freut man sich auf die Wärme auf dem Balkon. Den Luxus der Lounge haben wir uns gegönnt, muss man mögen, erwartet nicht zu viel. Die Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen ist nicht groß."

"Auch wenn das Mobiliar im Zimmer schon hier und da bei genauerem Hinsehen starke Abnutzungsspuren aufweist, kann die Lage definitiv punkten. Was ich nicht verstanden habe, man hat uns im Vorfeld kontaktiert und nach der Flugnr. gefragt, offenbar um die Anreisezeit zu eruieren - nur um dann vor Ort mitzuteilen, dass der CheckIn erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist, auch nicht gegen Zuzahlung früher… für mich ein Widerspruch und dann sogar Überflüssig nach der Anreisezeit zu fragen. Wir konnten nach der Anreise einen Duschraum nutzen, um uns frisch zu machen - letztlich war das eine willkommene Alternative, wenngleich das die Möglichkeit eines vorzeitigen Bezugs des Zimmers nicht voll ersetzt. "

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a room on the 15th floor, which was exactly as requested: quiet, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Beyond Ken, the entire team contributed to making the stay memorable through their attentive and seamless service. The hotel’s location is a major strategic advantage. Being directly connected to Harbour City, one of Hong Kong’s largest shopping malls, made everything incredibly convenient; from dining to shopping and logistics.
