„We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six.“

„We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute.“

„This was a good location and it was nice that it slept all six of us, but it was quite a bit smaller than the pictures make it appear. It was also more dated than the pictures look. There is also a lot of street noise at night if you are a light sleeper.“

„The apartment was clean and efficient. Owner was very communicative. Was near many restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the noise level. It is right off a main road, so we could hear sirens, horns, people yelling. I wore earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. It really was in the center of the action, and 1.5 blocks from a train stop. “

„Super Hotelzimmer in super Lage in Shibuya! Zur metro sind es ca. 8 Gehminuten vorbei an Geschäften und Supermärkten. Einkaufszentrum Parco genau gegenüber. Shibuya Crossine und Hachiko Statue auch ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Betten/Bettwäsche sehr bequem. Frühstück wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen, somit kann diesbezüglich keine Bewertung abgegeben werden. Gemeinschaftbereich und Waschmaschinen super. Das Zimmer war Ende März etwas kühl. „The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay.“
