Ya tenia la experiencia de conocer el Hostal, me agrada y esta accesible para ir a la Laguna, buena atención solo que ya le hace falta un poco de mantenimientouy recomendable el lugar

Perfecta ubicación ,con un cuarto muy aluzado.
El cuarto que nos dieron es muy amplio con una cama king y otra individual, estaban un poco dura el colchón y tiene mucha luz que entra por las cortinas no blokea mucho la luz de afuera , y pues el baño se comparte con otros dos cuartos que están en el mismo piso,y pues la música de los restaurantes de al lado aunque ya para las 11:30 pm se queda ya todo tranquilo. Pero aun así vale la pena la estadía , pues está en el meró centro de todo el pueblito la plaza jardín con puestos de artesanías enumeró enfrente del lugar, y la Laguna hermosa y El Fuerte, y muchos restaurantes para comer, aunque no me gusto mucho la comida de varios restaurantes que probamos, ah pero Bacalar tiene las mejores Marquesitas que he probado recomendadas y los Dorilocos con esquites en otra plazita se ponen varios puestos lo mejor ., pero todo en realidad estuvo bien nuestra estadía allí , quizás si volviera a regresar a Pata de Perro y conocimos a la mascota del lugar a la cual llamamos Romie , y su nombre después supimos que era Brownie. :)

Chambre familiale à l étage très spacieuse avec kitchenette. Lits jumeaux très confortables, lit double un peu vieillot. L hôtel est bien placé , calme, accueillant . La climatisation n est pas assez puissante. La douche non plus. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

We arrived and they had overbooked us with an Airbnb reservation. They told us there was no room, nothing they could do except help us find another hotel. It made a really rough start to our trip here in Bacalar. If you choose this place, I would recommend booking through Airbnb as they prioritize those reservations.

Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no tenia baño el lugar, habia que ir a uno casi pubico, super sucion y concurrido. De palabra ofrecieron cambiarnos al dia siguiente analguno con baño. Pues no se pudo y al querer retirarme esperaban cobrarme todas las noches reservadas a pesar de lo mal de su hotel y no usarlas solo porque batallarian para venerlas. Claro solo con anuncios engañosos en interner se puede vender una habitacion asi.

Hola lamentamos este hecho, sin embargo cuando uno realiza las reservas debe leer las indicaciones, efectivamente hay habitaciones con baño compartidos y hay otras con baño privado, realmente el hecho que no se sintiera bien no es por el trato del personal, ni una cuestión extraña, solo de las condiciones mismas del hotel ya especificado en su reserva sin embargo no se le cobro todas las noches debido a su inconformidad, con respecto a lo sucio se atenderán como áreas de oportunidad para mejorar.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was fine, good location and good Wi-Fi. As for the room however - i wasn't expecting a shared bathroom and using this was annoying as it could be seen from reception and was sometimes dirty. Music from surrounding bars was very loud and went on late. Breakfast was terrible, cold, salty eggs and no fruit or anything fresh provided. Overall not what I was expecting.

Hi! The room that you booked said on the description that it had shared bathroom and kitchen, also, non of our bathrooms is seen from the recepction area and we clean them 3 times a day. We are also very clear on what we offer for free breakfast, we are sorry you didn´t like it. We fell really sorry for the music but that´s something we can´t control. Kind regards!
