„This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. “

„Ich habe für 3 Personen ein Zimmer inkl. Frühstück gebucht. Vor Ort bekommen wir dann ein höherwertiges Zimmer (wenn man davon sprechen darf) für eine Nacht, weil kein anders verfügbar... und haben dann die Wahl am nächsten Tag umzuziehen oder die Mehrkosten zu tragen. Frühstück war auch nur für 2 Personen enthalten. Das Frühstück gab es auch erst ab 9Uhr, für 1h, was denn Touren im Weg stand bzw. umgekehrt. „The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. “

„Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. "We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay."
