„The property is beautiful and the staff is VERY attentive- almost too attentive. They’re programmed to say “it’s a pleasure” every time they answer anything. The one big complaint is that the spa is WAY overpriced! $400usd for a facial is ridiculous. They encourage you to use the resort credit given to pay for services but the aestheticians are not trained at all and the service is basic at best. The massage wasn’t much better. It’s not the employees’ fault- the spa management needs to step ...
