„Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I ...

„Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hervorragender und freundlicher Service, sehr gute Restautrants und genügend Platz am Strand. Die Anlagen sind weitläufig verteilt, aber mit den regelmäßig verkehrenden Shuttles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Der Komplex Sia'an Kaan liegt im Dschungel. Abends gab es dort viele Mücken.“

„L’hôtel Bardo est un des plus beaux hôtels dans lequel nous ayons séjourné! Un cadre luxuriant et hyper tendance. Un havre de paix à quelques minutes du centre ville de Tulum. „Ein bezaubernderer Ort mitten im Dschungel. Aber drum herum wird gebaut. Es ist den Tag über immer wieder laut. Ansonsten wird man von Beginn an wunderbar umsorgt. Jeder der Hotelangestellten war super engagiert. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück mit Kindern nicht immer so üppig. “

Es ist lediglich anzumerken, dass zeitweise der Strom für 1-2 Std ausfällt. “

„This place is so beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The photos cannot convey the feeling of peacefulness and serenity that I felt as soon as I walked in. The pool area is very nice and there is a poolside restaurant and spa as well. I did yoga in the yoga tower one morning at sunrise and it was so rejuvenating.
