„Next day upon arrival we were invited by a mayan shaman to a ceremony. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, we witnessed together the wonderful ceremony, it was an amazing experience! They upgraded our room and we had an incredible view, we were also lucky to bring binoculars and a tripod, so we were able to see the birds closer and we took incredible pictures. The hotel is clean, the food is fantastic, i loved the breakfast chia and avocado bowls. We will surely stay there again. Gracias ...
„What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation.

„Traumhaft schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Pool ist direkt am Meer und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick. Mietwagen von Vorteil, Tulum ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, es stehen aber immer Taxis vorm Hotel. Frühstück war perfekt, es gab eine riesen Auswahl, sowohl süß als auch deftig. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. “

La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). "Die Anlage ist riesig, voller Tiere und sattem Grün. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und kann zwischen den 4 Hotels abwechseln (Aufpreis).
