„One of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed! The property and house were absolutely perfect for a relaxed family get together. Highlights included game nights, chatting on the enclosed porch, morning coffee on the back deck and a sunset bocce game…so many memories. Agree with everything written in all previous reviews, but would add that my favorite parts were the bonafide gorgeous pollinator garden and the abundance of delightful art throughout the house and property! „House was super nice. It was perfectly for what we needed and it had a decent amount of amenities. The bedding and towels were clean but floors were kind of dirty. The host responded quickly and was super helpful. Would definitely stay again. “

„This old farmhouse rocks! So much charm, character and space. We enjoyed campfires in the evening, beautiful sunsets, walks on the acreage. The outdoor shower was the best (don't let one full BR discourage you) The major thing missing was the internet (we were there for a month, would have liked to stream a movie or two, check accts, etc.). Other than that one thing, the house, yard, the access to Little Compton Briggs Beach was perfect. Ian was a GREAT HOST!“

There are card games provided as well as movies. We used the grill to make some yummy food and were kept company by a friendly sweet kitty! It was definitely a plus seeing all the kitties roaming around especially the grey one! We would definitely book another stay. “
