In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. „Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. „Not a bad place. Would have probably not stayed here if the listing did not say they had a hot tube. When we got there there was not a hot tub. Owner did correct the listing. I would have like the rules to this property before the time to get refunded. And only other issue was the a/c control was upstairs with the owner. But I would have to say overall not a bad spot. Owners are nice people.“
