Here are the important policies and guidelines to note for your stay:
Check-in: We facilitate self-check-in, and guests are welcome to check in any time after 3 pm
Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out on or before 10:00 AM on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio to keep the space fresh and smoke-free. If you wish to smoke, please use the private patio area and kindly clean up after yourself. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment!
No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am
