Everything is quite new, so all the facilities and rooms, as well as the air conditioning are in perfect shape.
The rooms and premises are perfectly clean.
The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly.
In the buffet restaurant, the quality and diversity of the food is great, almost everything one might expect. Except: Don't order cappucino! You'll get instant cappucino 😂 The espresso is fine, though.
The drinks and Cocktails are decent.
I liked the sportsbar best, in that respect.
Entertainment, is very... unintrusive, because it basically doesn't exist, except for a beach volleyball game maybe once a day.
I don't really mind that, but if you'd like to participate in activities on premise, don't expect that, here.
The organization is terrible, though!
You get a two sentence introduction on arrival, and that's it. For the rest of your stay, basically. There is nothing in english, really nothing. Also in your rooms there is no information about anything! No english welcoming card, no telephone number for reception/front desk, spa, restaurants, room service. No information about when which facilities, are open, what or during what times you can order via room services...
To get that, you'll have to actually pick up a piece of paper, walk to the front desk, and let them write it down, because there they don't have that ready for you.
I've not seen something like that in my life. Ever!
Also no service at the beach or pool.
Beach not really usable/no swimming because of seaweed...
