I loved the layout of the property and thought it was maintained AMAZINGLY. This is an amazingly clean resort with staff tending to everything throughout the day everyday of the week. There weren’t even many bugs which I know is an issue in Caribbean areas. I am extremely disappointed in how everything is a sales pitch. I have been to many many resorts and it seems a common these in the Dominican. I had a fraud issue with one of the people on the beach as well as many nuisances of being pestered while trying to enjoy my time of relaxation. The staff was overly friendly but once we said no to their sales pitches for a time share I was basically ignored. I also thought this resort was awkwardly quiet as if I had to whisper while walking around. They have a “sports bar” with a beautiful setup but absolutely no activity inside I felt awkward being alone in the bar. They play no music throughout the island due to protecting certain guests. They try to cater to the “upper class” visitors there and offer you a package to become one. On top of this it is not all inclusive. Typical of the DR they try to pitch you at every dinner for food upgrades and charge you for alcohol. You get disgusting bottom shelf well liquor that bars use as throw away liquors. If I had the choice I would get a refund for this and never look twice at the DR again. I truly will NEVER visit this property again because of the above reasons

We stayed at the Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort at the Level and I can say that it is a fantastic all inclusive stay. Very special thanks to Jose Minaya and Eddie Solutions for the incredible service, they helped us make reservations at restaurants, get transportation for shopping, plan day trips and provided exceptional customer service. They made my husbands birthday trip unforgettable. They even surprised us with special details like champagne and a birthday cake on his Birthday dinner. Our favorite Bar was Elyxr where the Bartender Claudia Rodriguez served the best drinks.

Love the fact we were properly greeted upon arrival ladies were helped getting out of taxi the hotel lobby is beautiful and full of life several beautiful water ponds check in went without any problems we were taken to our rooms the room looks just like the pictures the food was ok not that many selections had some of the same meats as the days before for lunch but it was still good salad bars were set up nicely with alot to choose from the staff is the best veey helpful would I choose this hotel again thats a simple yes

It was a great experience once we upgraded to the level club. We came for our honeymoon and Eddie solutions went out of his way to do something special in our room to surprise my wife. He does an amazing job Only cons of the honeymoon would be people harassing you to buy stuff on the beach constantly

This was our 5th time at this resort!!!! Stayed here on our honeymoon 22 years ago. Will come yearly now that our children are grown. The resort is lovely and clean. The people go over and beyond for us. Too many to name and remember , Katty, Ramon, Radalis, Maribel, Junior, Jose just to name a few…EVERYTHING and EVERYONE are wonderful! Can’t wait until our next visit!

Very quiet & relaxing, beach is kept clean & you feel safe walking a good distance either way. You will definitely want to upgrade to the level, if not you will wish you had. The staff is awsome & will get you what, just ask. The food was typical of all inclusives.
