The Service was amazing !!! The hostess from Tori Gisset was really great, Garcia was good as well at the desk , Anne from Mangu was fantastic with Elvis!!! The Spa was incredibly nice !!! The only thing that was not good is the building of the kids club is not inside the complex which was not really convenient and they don't have a Italian restaurant which was really weird but the beach was beautiful and the structure there was really good. Highly recommend!!!

For $1,000 a night t would expect the rooms to be cleaner. Biggest issue was the rooms had motion sensors that caused the lights and more importantly the HVAC to turn off. I would end up awakening from the humid hot room and as soon as I moved my hands the lights and AC would kick back on. That’s wildly wrong. Staff was great, food was as you would expect at an all-inclusive.

Dining options were VERY limited and reservations for the EMPTY restaurants were impossible to get. We got food poisoning on our third night and spent two days in our room. We tried to tell the front desk who assured us someone would speak to us, but no one ever did. At check out they said oh you can speak to guest services. Would not recommend.
