Just came back yesterday. The resort itself is very nice and big. The room was nice with the jacuzzi on the balcony, needed to call for cleaning everyday. The food was excellent in all restaurants (5 opened for dinner and 3 for lunch during our stay), breakfast could be crowded and unorganized from 9:30am, the drinks were ok depending on location. Water activities were great for families with kids (lazy river, slides and pools everywhere), the downsize for us was water was very freezing, would be great if at least the lazy river and Jacuzzis were heated). The beach was nice and safe but being in Atlantic side with brown sand, there was a lot of waves and water was cold, it is better on the sister’s resort next door Breathless, its beach was protected by corals in front so no waves and great to do snorkeling there. The big surprising and positive part is no one came to solicit us for membership during our stay, this is unusual and it was the first time we saw this. Another big negative experience we had was with Seapro that was their partner used for all water activities at the beach, they were not friendly and very agressive sometimes, especially the manager. In general we enjoyed our stay but we would stay in Caribbean side of the island like Bavaro beach or Romana with white sand next time we come back to Punta Cana.
