Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit super Strand
Hatten einen 4-Wochen Aufenthalt.Hatten alles ohne upgrade.Waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns nie als Gäste zweiter Klasse.Entertainment ist leider sehr amerikanisiert und wenig karibisch.

All inclusive Hotel direkt am Strand
Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Essen ist nicht besonderes. War ok für ein All inclusive hotel. Lage is gut, direkt am Strand aber es gibt nur Hotels in die Nähe, keine Stadt wo man spazieren gehen kann und die Einheimischen Geschäfte und Kultur kennen lernen kann. Allgemein war das Hotel sehr gut und wir haben viel Spaß gehabt.

Insgesamt sehr gut
Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen, am Strand wird man sogar mit Getränken bedient, gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm, die Hotelzimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sie sind groß und sauber auch das Badezimmer. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei.

Das Hotel ist Mittelmass. Hompepage suggeriert ein deutlich höheres Level. POSITIV: - Hotelanlage mit Garten ist sehr grosszügig angelegt und wirkt sehr gepflegt. - Rest Mercure ausgezeichnet. - Menüauswahl im Buffet-Restaurant gross - Zimmer sind gross, recht modern und sauber - Betten sind bequem. - Gut funktionierende sanitäre Einrichtungen - Mitarbeiter Reception arbeiten professionell - Strand grosszügig, genügend Strohschirme und Liegen. - Late-Checkout gut, 20$ pro Std. NEGATIV: - VielSeegras am Strand, trotz täglicher Reinigung. - ganzer Poolbereich kaum Schatten. Liegestühle sind vor 8 Uhr reserviert. - Abfallreinigung im Hotelstrand könnte besser sein. Gäste lassen viel Essen/Abfall liegen. - Die Liegen am Strand sind extrem unbequem - Die permanente Animationen beim Pool sind gar nichts für Ruhesuchende. - Das Zimmer roch unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit, trotz Klimaanlage. - Nicht alle Mitarbeiter haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung. Da scheint es an einer guten Führung zu mangeln. Es ist eine Schande, zu lesen, dass trotz Restaurants, unsere Strandeinrichtungen sowie unsere Räume reinigen, wie es in seinem Kommentar hervorgehoben, war sein Aufenthalt nicht völlig zufriedenstellend aufgrund verschiedener Umstände erwähnt. Wir möchten diese Gelegenheit nutzen, um Ihnen zu sagen, dass in dieser Saison die Menge an Algen abgenommen hat, sowie die Tatsache, dass unser Strand täglich von unserem Team gereinigt wird es makellos zu halten. Über die Unterhaltung, verstehen wir, dass viele Gäste für die totale Entspannung kommen suchen, ist, warum unsere Tätigkeiten ausgeführt werden zuvor definierte in den Zeitplänen am Hauptpool und Strand aus und bietet Räume für Entspannung unserer Besucher. Hotel zu empfehlen
Hotelanlage ist riesig und gepflegt, die Gärten sehen tropisch und sehr schön aus. Wir hatten eine Suite und es war sehr komfortabel. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann an den Zimmern ist die Sauberkeit und etwas den Zustand. Der Boden war nicht richtig sauber, die Tische waren verstaubt und wurden innerhalb 5 Tagen nicht einmal nachgeputzt. 2 Lichter gingen garnicht an. Auf der Terasse wurden Gläser nicht weggeräumt. Der Strand war top, das Hotelteam hat diesen ständig gesäubert. Abends gab es immer ein gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm. Unserer Meinung nach waren die Angestellten zu 30% aufgesetzt nett und waren schon sehr auf Trinkgeld fixiert. Man hatte den Eindruck man müsste sie für die Freundlichkeit bezahlen. Hotel ist Ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, 35$ mit Taxi.

Everything was very nice however preffered area very small by the beach and loud because of proximity of music which was pretty loud. Service very good and overall very pleased with property, service. Food on scale of 1 to 10 was 6 at most. Overall very pleased with this resort. Would most likely come back here again.

The property was wonderful. It connects to the Secrets hotel which is a beautiful hotel also. It was very clean. The people were friendly. The food was good. I had a wonderful time at the karaoke bar and the night club, and even the water slide pool. I did not love the night shows because it was too American, lots of old school rock and sad songs. I would’ve like to see more of a Dominican cultural show.

I paid extra money to stay in the preferred side once i arrived and we had no a/c and no running water for 2 days. I traveled with 2 kids and it was difficult, i went to the lobby where Cesar the manager was disrespectful and said to my husband i was complaining. I asked to switch my room and get a refund on the extra i had paid to be on the preferred and their solution was to give me another room for one night and go back to my original room because they were all booked. Buffet food was full of flys and not appealing. The maid was amazing i’ll give them that. She was very sweet and even brought my kids chocolate covered strawberries to the room. Other than that do not recommend.

Security racially profiled me on numerous occasions, kitchen staff did the same. Good was average except the omelets and Hibachi. The waiters only serve you if you tip. Never coming here again.

Check in was horrible, they didnt give us the room that we reserved/paid for ( swim out) and we had to stay 1 night in reguloar room then next day pack again and move rooms, super annoying!!! Staff super slow- to eat lunch at cafe Seaside Grill we waited sitting at the table 1.5hr and STILL left without lunch thats how slow annoying it was, food quality VERY poor, resort is beautiful BUT I will NEVER return.

Did not like the food selection. Didn't like the fact that you could not use the entire facility if you were not a preferred member, this was not explained to us. Its advertised as having all these restaurants but cant use them. We were never given a tour or a map of where facilities were located! Did not like all the CONSTANT sales pitches for excersions. Instead of offering classes on Spanish speaking, maybe you should offer English lessons to your employees since a majority of your business comes from English speaking customers. But, the place is beautiful. Staff was very nice, of what we could understand
