„Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. This is a spacious Victorian beautifully remodeled with all hard wood floors. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We were able to walk downtown during the day and Uber home ...

„The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, super clean area and fun atmosphere. The actual unit was a bit tired especially compared to the rental pictures. The couch and bath towels are very worn and the unit could use a deep clean ( cobwebs and paint touch up). There was not enough seating for four comfortably because there was not a second chair our a dinette set, luckily we were out exploring most of the time. The city was very easy to get around and we loved having a home base ...

„Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.“
