„First they would be very difficult and unfriendly to let my friend check in eventhough she had a picture of my passport and I told them on the phone that she can check in for me. Then we had a whole day no water and they didn't tell us what was happening. We had to go ask the construction workers ourselves. Even after the water was running again we got no information from the hotel and no letter that they are sorry or anything like it... Really annyoing is also that the parking is not ...

„This was our second stay here, the property was perfect in every way (again). It suited our family perfect, from the beautiful ocean view, two spacious bedrooms, kitchen, washer dryer, bbq, cleanliness, so many swimming pools to choose from, pool slide, so close to restaurants, dukes is a staple to eat at, beach rentals, and beach access. Der inbegriffene Parkplatz war Gold wert Kommunikation im Vorfeld bzw. bei Verspätung ist eher schwierig, da alles was per Wifi möglich war nicht funktionierte, kein WhatsApp, keine Antwort auf Mails. Die Servicezeiten sind nicht gut, nur bus nachmittag. Als Europäer beaucht man eine amerikanische Telefonkarte, damit man anrufen kann, das war das einzige worauf reagiert wurde. Wlan im Zimmer ging ab Tag 2 nicht mehr. Da wir in der 6. Etage waren, konnten wir das ...

„This condo is close to the Ilikai and Hilton Hawaiian Village. Also very near the Trolley stops. Conveniently located near the Ala Moana mall. The condo has everything you need. A small kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Highly recommend.“
