„I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!“

„This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!“

„Well kept, clean condo. It is a first floor condo, so our only complaint was the upstairs noise we heard in the morning. Other than that, this condo was great and had everything we needed.“

„The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!“

„This is the best place to stay in the area. Adorable apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Walkable area with a breakfast lunch spot next door. “

„We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.“

„Very good overall. Close to beach. Problems … water took a long time to turn to hot for hand washing and showers. Porch windows would not open… when we got in temp read 78 on the main unit…. Took a long time to get it down to 68. We had a hard time controlling temperature.. There was no lobster pot. You need one.“

„Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away ...
