„Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day ...

„Door was hard to open… handle had to be moved and held in a specific way in order for the door to unlock… sometimes it would take 7 or 8 tries to unlock it. Washer and Dryer’s in the room are junk. Washer didn’t spin half the time and the dryer made an aweful clanking noise… making it impossible to dry laundry and get some sleep. “
