„Beware!! We booked this property for one night on New Year’s Eve as all other places were full. We had zero communication from the property and arrived there late at night. We got lucky that a family staying there were outside and told us to go down to the dive shop to check in. Upon arrival they stated they didn’t have our reservation and said we’d have to figure it out. Thank god my husband persisted and we were able to book at the Marriot…for 1200!! We’ve yet to be reimbursed or compensated ...
