„We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.

"Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen am Marktplatz. Hinten dem Hotel ein eigener Parkplatz. Wenn man in den hinteren Zimmern (Mews) untergebracht ist, hat man Sicht auf den Parkplatz und die sind sehr ringhörig. Zimmer soweit ok für den Preis, sogar mit Nespressomaschine.

"Da wir mit dem zugewiesenen Zimmer (direkt über Küchenabluft) nicht zufrieden waren, haben wir mit Rezeption abgesprochen, dass uns am anderen Tag nachmittags zwischen 16. und 17. Ur ein Ersatzzimmer gezeigt wird und wir entscheiden ob wir im ursprünglichen Zimmer bleiben oder ins Neue umziehen.
Als wir anderntags zurück kamen, stellten wir fest, dass sich keine persönlichen Sachen mehr im Zimmer befanden. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir umgezogen seien und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer schon weitervermietet sei. Es waren schon andere Leute im Zimmer obwohl wir den Tresor noch nicht geleert hatten!!!
Das neue Zimmer war überhaupt nicht der Hit. Das schlimmste aber: unser Kleider welche im Schrank gehangen sind, wurden in einem Abfallsack ins Ersatzzimmer transportiert, im weiteren wurde in unseren Taschen rumgewühlt!!!
Als wir diese Umstände reklamiert haben, wurde uns klargemacht, dass dieses Hotel besser verlassen würden, was wir auch umgehend gemacht haben
