„Lovely hotel in a great spot in Harrogate! Everything is within walking distance and the building itself is gorgeous. The room was clean, tea & coffee well stocked and towels were very fresh & fluffy. Breakfast itself was tasty and located on the 5th floor, giving great views! “

Each room with horsey theme and named after race horses, very clean witj fluffy towels and robes even curly wirly to have with your coffee. Hair dryer iron and ironing board . Lovely breakfast great choice on menu. All staff attentive and friendly. Lovely anniversay stay, thank you all we will come again “

„Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. “

„Great place to stay on a working farm. Room was spacious with a good kitchenette. There is a small, well stocked store to buy food/drinks onsite which is helpful as the location is not near shops. Location is great being right near the walking and cycling trails. “

„Da wir sehr wenig Englisch sprechen,waren wir auf die Mithilfe des Pesonal angewiesen. Alle haben sofort langsam gesprochen und haben sich mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären. Leider sprach keiner Deutsch. Wir waren mit unserem 6 jährigen Enkel dort, wenn ich es nicht verstanden habe konnte er helfen (er spricht Englisch)“

"Da wir mit dem zugewiesenen Zimmer (direkt über Küchenabluft) nicht zufrieden waren, haben wir mit Rezeption abgesprochen, dass uns am anderen Tag nachmittags zwischen 16. und 17. Ur ein Ersatzzimmer gezeigt wird und wir entscheiden ob wir im ursprünglichen Zimmer bleiben oder ins Neue umziehen.
Als wir anderntags zurück kamen, stellten wir fest, dass sich keine persönlichen Sachen mehr im Zimmer befanden. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir umgezogen seien und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer schon weitervermietet sei. Es waren schon andere Leute im Zimmer obwohl wir den Tresor noch nicht geleert hatten!!!
Das neue Zimmer war überhaupt nicht der Hit. Das schlimmste aber: unser Kleider welche im Schrank gehangen sind, wurden in einem Abfallsack ins Ersatzzimmer transportiert, im weiteren wurde in unseren Taschen rumgewühlt!!!
Als wir diese Umstände reklamiert haben, wurde uns klargemacht, dass dieses Hotel besser verlassen würden, was wir auch umgehend gemacht haben
