„What a great cottage couldn't have been in a better location, three nice sized bed rooms the kitchen had everything we needed and a lovely living room with a log burner in it.the accommodation was modern well presented and clean to a good standard. When we arrived there was tea coffee milk biscuits and a bottle of wine all in all we had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully we will be returning“

„The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks, ...

„Lovely cottage, well equipped and spotless clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return. “

„every thing was excellent, but it would have been a good idea for a carton of milk to be left in the fridge, for a cup of tea while we waited the arrival of our grocery order. “

„Property exactly as described with all you need supplied. Location is great and in current heatwave a cooler coast to spend time on lovely beach.“

„This house was in a good location with walks over the moors right from the house. It is a bit isolated from amenities but that can be seen as an advantage if you are looking for an escape from hectic life. Thirsk and Northallerton are easily accessible. The house itself had plenty of room for ten adults quite easily but slightly lacked the necessary amount of crockery and even dining chairs to accommodate that number of adults. There was always plenty of hot water for showers although we had ...

„The property was fine, in a lovely peaceful situation, just as we wished for. Everything we used was in decent condition except that the shower head would not adjust to a usable height. The heating was excellent. The door between the kitchen and the stairs was really difficult to close: we eventually realised that we had to physically LIFT the door to close it properly. Now, THE TELEVISION. For the whole week we stayed, I found the TV so annoying, difficult to operate, and mind blowingly tedious ...

„Lovely little property close to the town and opposite the water. Steep steps lead up to the entrance but once inside the property has everything you need. Large sofa, small table for 4 and kitchen with facilities. Would consider staying again in the future “

„Fairly average place, but pleasant little house. Could do with a few upgrades regarding glasses and other kitchen items, but nothing to really complain about. The check in process was absolutely terrible. I hadn't been issued with a code for the key safe. I rang the contact number and after 40 minutes on hold I finally managed to speak to someone. I was issued with a code for the key safe, but unfortunately, there was no key inside. After a further 50 minutes on hold, interspersed with ...

„We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage in such a peaceful location. Thanks to Kate for her kindness.“

„Its a beautiful house/manor. We really did love our stay and we all had one of the best weekends ever there for my sister's Hen Do. However we did find the pool looking a light shade of green and there were bugs in it and no net available to fish them out. We also found a bad leak in the smaller living room as well as a broken toilet seat upstairs in one of the bathrooms. The floors were pretty grimy, I don't think they've been mopped for a while as all our feet were coming out black by the time ...

„Lovely stay in a cute little cottage. Recommended. “
