Pro’s Location excellent, right in centre of Harrogate. Food good.
Cons. No telephone in rooms, if you need some sort of assistance, then you will have to go to reception. Not good when you are on the fourth floor. Parking. Upon arrival if available you will be given a bay number (charged at £15 per day). When leaving that bay to return later, you are told to place a large cone in the bay. However some guests are removing that cone and parking their own car in the bay.
Consequently you have nowhere to park but are being charged. Perhaps signs that specifically state “Reserved Parking” or “Allocated Parking Space” would help.
Rooms with bathroom nice size but needs handles on side for those guests who might have some lower problems but are not disabled
