Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Aber: Es herrscht ein Mangel an Mitarbeiter, Bestellungen beim Zimmerservice dauern Stunden wenn überhaupt etwa gebracht wird. Täglicher Kampf um Handtücher und es ist fast unmöglich am Strand Getränke und Essen zu bestellen. Die Pools sind von Gruppen betrunkener Amerikaner besetzt. Dem Management ist alles gleichgültig!

Was not really impressed overall. Food was average at best which was disappointing based on the reviews. The service was good, but not great. I honestly can't come up with a single reason why we would want to come back.

Second time at this resort. Food and service were excellent, but they did not provide the same level of service we had received the first time. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience.

El hotel está muy bonito, la limpieza de la habitación está muy bien, pero si tardan mucho en recoger las bandejas del servicio a la hab. El hotel está más enfocado al turismo americano y si se siente la preferencia a ese sector, los nacionales no tenemos el mismo trato. No tiene mucha variedad de Mixiologia, esperaba más por ser un cinco diamantes. En los restaurantes la comída esta buena pero si tardan un poco con el servicio.

I like the restaurants and the quality of the food offered. What I was disappointed about was the down grade of the whole experience from my last visit in 2018 (ex: clothes steamers were replaced with irons but no ironing board, white robes were replaced with ugly gray cotton robes, the quality of room snacks went from great to poor…pistachio nuts in a jar were replaced with mixed peanuts/nuts, pringles in a can was replaced with stale Mexican chips in a bag, the coffee shop didn’t offer chocolate croissants, the macaroons were hard and stale, and we weren’t given a choice on room aroma therapy like they offered in 2018.

Es una propiedad muy bonita, limpia, huele delicioso cuando entras al hotel, el servicio es excelente, la comida de la cena super buena. En la noche pasan a la habitación para acomodar la cama y este lista para acostarte, ponen aromaterapia para que descanses agusto, nos dejaron unos chocolates artesanales en la cama, nos pusieron 2 botellas de cortesia, una de vino y tequila. Todo se resume a un excelente servicio e instalaciones. Si se quedan en una habitación con alberca pidan los cuartos del edificio donde estan los 1113, son mas privados.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! I’ve been to probably 8-10 all inclusives and this is by far my favorite. Perfect size, not huge but beautiful rooms grounds and beach. The staff is amazing and this is definitely a 5 star property and service with all the ways they go above and beyond. Get the app as soon as you get there and make dinner reservations early! the most amazing food and drinks! Loved our stay and already want to come back!

Muy bien, lo único q si creo deban hacer es respetar a la gente q fuma. Deben tener un lugar digno y respetable. No tratarlos como bichos raros. Aclaro q no fumo. Si el problema es el gobierno, ampárense como lo hacen todos los restaurantes y lugares de convivio en CDMX
